Sauk Leadership

Welcome Sauk Eagles! I have spent the last 20 years dedicated to education and the people I have served. Over that time, I have had the privilege of working in three different districts as a teacher, Dean, Assistant Principal, and now as the proud Principal of Sauk. I have been with Matteson School District 162 since 2022, and I have fallen in love with the community, families, and staff.

My wife, Jen Valdez, is also an educator. We have three amazing children: Lucas, Aubrey, and Riley. In my spare time, I love watching our children play soccer and visiting new places with my family.
